The Mediators PhL™ Luminometer is an easy to use, highly versatile combination of 96-well plate photometer and luminometer in a compact instrument. The Mediators PhL™ is equipped with two extremely accurate and precise dispensors that can be used in various combinations to inject reagents into individual wells.

While the Mediators PhL™ is compatible with any chemiluminescent (alkaline phosphatase, horseradish peroxidase, B-galactosidase) or bioluminescent (luciferin-luciferase) reagent system, the instrument can also be used to make photometric measurements. The PhL™ is supplied with four standard photometric filters (405 nm, 450 nm, 570 nm, and 620 nm), but additional filters can be installed when the instrument is ordered.

The Excel-based software is easy to install and use. Raw data, kinetic data, quantitative results, and graphic interpretation is immediately calculated and displayed after measurement. In addition, the software permits a combination of luminometric and photometric measurements to be made on the same well.
